6V Headlight Assembly Honda CL70 CT70 Trail 70 SL70 XL70 XL75 XL80 Bulb Rim: Headlight with a rim for several small 70-80cc model's from the 70s and early 80's. When was the last time you adjusted that screw. If the battery is incorrect and or electrical connections are in poor condition, Headlight will burn out as soon motorcycle turned on. The model's listed in the fitment did not come with a voltage regulator to protect Headlight.

XL75 - 1977-1979. Replacement for Honda part number: 33120-111-671. NOTE - No fine adjustment to the beam can be made like stock sealed bulb since this housing does not include those tabs. Replace the stock sealed beam with a new Headlight replaceable bulb.

That isn't a big loss. Outer Diameter of Headlight: Approximately 4 1/2 / 112mm, rim: 5 130mm, Connectors: White Female Bullet Green Male Blue Dual Bullet, Replaceable Bulb: 6 Volt - 15/15W. Keep in mind these Trail bikes are many decades old at this point and theres a good chance they haven't stayed upright every ride so there may be some massaging of the stock metal Headlight bucket to line up mounting tab. This does not fit the early model's which had speedometer integrated into Headlight bucket.
