The glass lens on front says sylvania halogen, and chrome side has words numbers Atc sae made in USA. There is a lock down screw on the front, for keeping chrome housing to bulb closed. I think it came off a Harley, but am not sure. There is a heavy duty bracket on the back, that adjustable for up down.

The item looks almost new, with no apparent wear.
