Details:

Dormice closed 6/11/2013, but I still deal in parts, motorbikes, decals, advertising, photos, posters, more. This is an almost complete headlamp, minus the rim and light unit, but including original off/on switch, ammeter, mounting bolts, wiring loom harness, Lucas rectifier horn/dip switch. This headlamp came off of a Norton Manx man but wan't the correct for that application.

I looked up the components that are included and found only a few machines between 1958-62 have an SS700P headlamp this type Lucas rectifier, off/on switch, chrome horn/dip switch. The shell was repainted blue to match the Manx man cycle parts but you can see it originally black inside. That would include 1960-61 Triumph TR6, TR6SS T120, 1961-62 AJS 31CS 31CSR, Matchless G12CS, G12CSR Monarch AMC exported to the USA, 1962 18CS, 18CT Southerner G80CS Marksman.
